Refund Policy

All products sold by Steady Faith Co are digital downloads delivered electronically. Because digital files can be copied and used immediately, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect purchase, or failure to read the product description before buying.

Defective or Inaccessible Files

If a file you purchased is corrupted, missing, or otherwise inaccessible, contact us at admin@steadyfaithco.com within 14 days of purchase with your order number. We will promptly resend the correct file or, if we cannot resolve the issue, issue a refund for the affected item.
